How it works
One loop, walked one step at a time.
Six steps, each on its own. Nothing here asks for your data.
Step 01 · Evidence
You describe what you are already noticing.
The Read asks about conditions across ten organizational signals — how information moves, where decisions stall, what trust looks like under load. You answer what you can. Nothing is scored about a person.
The Read stops asking when it reaches an epistemic resting point, not a question count.
What the Advisor does
Four jobs, and nothing beyond them.
- Investigator
- Reads the active Map and asks what is missing.
- Sensemaker
- Holds competing explanations without collapsing them.
- Challenger
- Names what would make the current read wrong.
- Guide
- Proposes the next question and the smallest useful Experiment.
The refusal
What this platform will not claim.
An instrument is only trustworthy if it has limits it will not cross. These are enforced in the reasoning, not just in the copy.
- It will not rate a person.
- The unit of analysis is the organization's conditions, never an individual's worth.
- It will not claim a cause it has not tested.
- Association is labelled association. Only a change you made and measured earns 'because'.
- It will not fill a gap it cannot see.
- Where evidence is emerging or a signal is not yet observed, the Map says so rather than producing a confident-looking number.
- It will not overwrite your judgment.
- Every interpretation arrives with what would change it.
- A source is not a claim.
- Published work is recorded separately from what the platform concludes from it.
- Confidence is stated, not implied.
- Low, moderate and high map to what the evidence can actually carry.
- Provenance is rendered.
- Illustrative records are marked as illustrative wherever they appear.
