Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the BE Organizational Intelligence Platform ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

What the Platform provides

The Platform offers organizational diagnostics, system mapping, and advisory tools designed to help leaders understand their organizations as interconnected systems. The free Signal Scan is self-serve. Advisory diagnostics (Executive, Enterprise, Leadership) require an engagement and are not guaranteed to be available for every organization.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to the extent you are able. The quality of the Read depends on the quality of the evidence.
• Keep your account credentials secure and do not share access to your account or Advisor conversations.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use automated tools to scrape content.

Not professional advice

The Platform is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Interpretations are evidence-grounded but provisional. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the Platform's output.

Intellectual property

The Platform, its methodology, frameworks, and generated interfaces are the property of Organizational Intelligence Group, LLC and Brooke Erickson. You retain ownership of the data you input. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

Beta and early access

The Platform is in active development. Features, availability, and pricing may change. Reads and Advisor outputs may be updated as the research corpus and instruments evolve.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organizational Intelligence Group, LLC and Brooke Erickson are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars if you used only free features.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for operational reasons. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
