Privacy Policy

What this platform collects

We collect only what is needed to deliver the organizational read and advisory experience:

• Account information. When you sign in with Google or email, we receive your email address and a unique user identifier from our authentication provider.
• Diagnostic responses. Your answers to the Signal Scan and any advisory diagnostic are stored so you can view your Read, compare reads over time, and ground Advisor conversations in your evidence.
• Advisor conversations. Messages you exchange with the Advisor are stored so you can return to them and continue the thread.
• Instrument requests. If you request an Executive, Enterprise, or Leadership diagnostic, we collect organization name, approximate size, and your context note to evaluate fit and follow up.
• Declared profile. Information you voluntarily enter about your organization is stored as declared context, kept separate from diagnostic evidence.

How we use your information

• To generate and display your organizational Read and Map.
• To ground Advisor responses in your diagnostic evidence.
• To contact you about advisory instrument requests you initiate.
• To improve the platform's reasoning, research coverage, and instrument quality.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information or diagnostic data.
• We do not use your diagnostic answers to train third-party AI models.
• We do not share individual organizational reads without your explicit permission.

Data retention

We keep your account and diagnostic data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your diagnostic responses, advisor conversations, and declared profile within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep records by law.

Security

We use industry-standard authentication, encrypted connections, and database access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong password and keep your sign-in credentials private.

Your choices

You can review and delete your Advisor conversations and declared profile from within the platform. To delete your entire account or request a copy of your data, contact us at the email below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We will note the last updated date at the top of the page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
